The Bell is a fantastic place to eat - a real treat!  Great food in this trendy pub just up the road in Ticehurst.

The Halt is a great country freehouse.   A good pint and simple but delicious food especially for the carnivores, meat from Busters farm shop just around the corner!  We recommend Sunday lunch.  Closed on Mondays.

The Curlew is a former 17th century coaching inn.  Ideallly situated en route to historic Bodiam Castle it's the perfect stop for lunch or supper.  Not open on Mondays or Tuesday.

The BIstro is just a 5 minute walk from Rosebank.  Very pretty courtyard garden to sit out in the warmer months.  Great for coffees, lunch snacks and open Wednesday to Saturdays evenings for great pizza from their pizza oven in the garden.  You will need to book!

The Eight Bells Country Pub and Kitchen is a beautiful relaxed country pub sitting on the stunning Moor of Hawkhurst.

Open Wednesday - Sunday 12-11pm.  Food served all day.

The George Inn at Robertsbridge is a family run, friendly pub and award winning restaurant.  Closed on Mondays.

Sissinghurst Gardens is amongst  the most famous gardens in England and grade 1 listed.  Now owned by the National Trust.  Home of the famous "White Garden"

Pashley Manor is "one of the finest gardens in England" and home to the famous tulip festival at the end of April annually.

Merriments Gardens is a colourful garden in Hurst Green - a showcase for the nursery that it accompanies.  There is a shop and new restaurant too.

Great Dixter was the family house of gardener and writer Christopher Lloyd.  Historic house, garden and centre of education for horticulturists from across the world. 

King John's Nursery  is just up the road in Etchingham.  Eight acres of beautiful gardens and a nursery/tea room attached.  Closed on Tuesdays.

Visit the garden, book a course or festival.  Perch Hill is an inspiration for all gardeners and cooks. Run by Sarah Raven TV presenter/writer.

The Pinetum is the most important single site for conifer conservation in the world.  The perfect place for walking and cycling and home of GO APE, an assault course in the treetops!

Bewl Water Country Park offers walking, cycling riding and watersports - do the 13 mile Bewl loop.. and finish at the Waterfront Cafe.  Bewl is now home to the Aquapark, a large inflatable park.

England's leading wine producer, Chapel Down is located near Tenterden in Kent.  Guided tours, fantastic bar and restaurant The Swan.  The shop sells local produce and of course their wonder wine!

Gusbourne is well known for producing it's delicious sparkling wines in a sustainable approach.  Book a tour and tasting and there is always time for lunch at The Nest, the onsite restaurant.

Oxney is a family run vineyard situated near Rye which specialise in organic sparkling wine.  They do vineyard tours and Oxney lunch tours which include all tastings.

At Camber you will find sand dunes of fine, golden sand.  Perfect for windsurfing, walking and relaxing.  Very near to explore the medieval town of Rye, home of Lamb House owned by Henry James.
